Maria Chiara Ravaglioli

Maria Chiara Ravaglioli

Maria Chiara Ravaglioli (Forlimpopoli – FC, 1978), a COGEST member, plays the role of Technical Manager, Construction Site Safety Manager, Project Manager and Design Engineer in the sector of civil engineering.

She graduated in environmental and territorial engineering at the University of Bologna in 2004 with a score of 100/100 and enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena in 2005 under No. 2116/A.

Since 2007 she has been qualified as safety coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 494/96, replaced by Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Since May 2012 she has been qualified for R.S.P.P. – Prevention and Protection Service Manager in the Multiateco (multiple economic activities) sector, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and amendments thereto.

In October 2015 she also achieved her qualification as Auditor/Audit member for OHSAS 18001:2007 Safety Management Systems.

She has been involved in some of the main infrastructures in Romagna, in particular she was safety coordinator during the implementation of the 1st and 2nd lot of the Forlì ring road communication axis and the 4th lot of the Forlì ring road, as well as the new Standiana water purification system in the municipality of Ravenna.

The knowledge she has acquired has also enabled her to play the role of health and safety consultant in major construction sites, e.g. the building of the new engineering and architecture university headquarters in Cesena, the new underground retarding basin in Piazzale Kennedy in Rimini, the enlargement of the Montefiori shopping centre in Cesena, the building of the new Carabinieri barracks in Cesena.

Her work experience has also enabled her to enhance her skills within the framework of infrastructure and public housing, including civil engineering design and work management.

Emiliano Corsi

Emiliano Corsi

Emiliano Corsi (Forlì, 1974), a COGEST member, plays the role of Technical Manager, Project Manager and Design Engineer in the specific sectors of civil engineering, building, hydraulic works, hydroelectric systems and transport infrastructure.

In 2001 he graduated in civil engineering, hydraulic section, at the University of Bologna, with a score of 95/100, and enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena in 2002 under No. 1883/A.

He has taken part in the following refresher courses:

  • “Seismic engineering – Design based on the semi-probabilistic method of limit states”, organized by the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena (May-November 2004). Scientific management provided by the University of Bologna.
  • “Designing concrete constructions with the limit state method”, organized by the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena (November 2007). Prof. Francesco Biasioli and Prof. Carlo Doimo collaborated with the course.
  • “The new EU 305/2001 Regulation for Construction Products”, Organized by Istituto Giordano S.p.A. (December 2012).
  • “Steel constructions fire resistance”, organized by the Register of Engineers of the Province of Verona (November 2013).
  • “Two-dimension (2D) hydraulic modelling with HEC-RAS 5.0”, organized by West Consultants – Portland (USA) (November 2015).
  • “Structural Works Management and Static Tests”, organized by the Geological, Seismic and Land Service of the Emilia-Romagna Region (January 2018).

Through the years, he has acquired specific professional skills, concerning the design of complex hydraulic works, in particular waterworks, sewers, irrigation and reclamation works, pressure pipes and hydroelectric systems.

He has also acquired skills in hydraulic computational modelling, cooperating with many public institutions.

His almost twenty-year work experience has also enabled him to enhance his skills in the field of infrastructural and public construction operations, extending his knowledge to such operations as work management of the Forlì University Campus and designing and managing energy upgrading works in school buildings.

Giuseppe Ghini

Giuseppe Ghini

Giuseppe Ghini (Galeata – FC, 1946), a founding member of COGEST, ex Sole Director, is Project Manager and senior Design Engineer in the fields of civil engineering, building, hydraulic works, transport infrastructure, urbanization and environmental arrangements.

He graduated in civil engineering, building section, at the University of Bologna in 1975 with a score of 92/100 and enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena in 1976 under No. 630/A.

He was a government assistant during the construction of the Ridracoli Dam, an arch-gravity dam over 103 metres of high, with a reservoir volume of 33 million cubic metres.

In 2004 he took part to the refresher course called “Seismic engineering – Planning based on the semi-probabilistic method of limit states”, organized by the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena, scientific management provided by the University of Bologna.

Since 1997 he has been qualified as safety coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 494/96, replaced by Legislative Decree 81/2008.

The vast experience he has achieved in various fields of civil and industrial engineering enables him to provide top-quality design, consultancy and project management services, resulting in localized works and/or infrastructures of great importance.

His great professional approach has enabled him to work for public companies and institutions, building companies and engineering companies.

His latest professional experiences include the project management of the Forlì University Campus, the technical and administrative testand general inspections of the upgrade of the Santa Giustina waste water purification system in Rimini and the static and technical-administrative test and general inspections for the new headquarters of Romagna Acque – Società delle Fonti SpA in the area of the Orsi-Mangelli ex production plant in Forlì.

Piero Flamigni

Piero Flamigni

Piero Flamigni (Forlì, 1958), a COGEST founding member, is Sole Director, Technical Manager, Project Manager and senior Design Engineer in the fields of civil engineering, urbanizations, hydraulic works, hydroelectric systems and transportation infrastructures. He graduated in civil engineering, hydraulic section, at the University of Bologna in 1983 with a score of 98/100, and enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena in 1983 under No. 1024/A.

Since 1997 he has been qualified as safety coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 494/96, replaced by Legislative Decree 81/2008.

In February 1992, at the Polytechnic University of Milan, he took part in the refresher course “Waterworks planning and management”, directed by Prof. Domenico Zampaglione, and in 2004 he attended the refresher course: “Seismic engineering – Planning based on the semi-probabilistic method of limit states”, organized by the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena, scientific management provided by the University of Bologna.

In 2017 he achieve the diploma “Safety for Operations Supervisors SCC”, issued by VCA – Belgium, for the role of building site supervisor in Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg.

He combines remarkable specialized technical skills in the conception, dimensioning and verification of complex hydraulic works, like waterworks, sewers, irrigation and reclamation works, pressure pipes, hydroelectric systems, built in Italy and abroad.

In his professional career, he has also acquired specific skills in the building of transportation infrastructures and bridges, collaborating with numerous public administrations and private companies to plan and manage complex works.

His professional knowledge and skills, acquired in over thirty years of experience, enable him to plan efficiently the pre-set work goals and to establish useful collaborations with the individuals he coordinates.

His experience in supervising works of great importance has also enabled him to acquire great communication skills with all those involved in the planning, designing, verification, implementation and testing phases.

Susanna Tomaselli

Susanna Tomaselli

Susanna Tomaselli (Forlì - FC 1973) COGEST employee, is the Tender Office responsible and Secretariat Manager and Technical Designer in the fields of civil engineering, building, hydraulic works and transportation infrastructure.

She earned her degree as a building technician and surveyor at Istituto Tecnico per Geometri L. B. Alberti of Forlì in the 1991-92 school year.

In her more than 25 years of professional experience, she extended her skills to quality system management according to UNI EN ISO 9001 and participation in tenders to be entrusted with engineering services for public works.

Andrea Guidi

Andrea Guidi

Andrea Guidi (Forlimpopoli - FC 1974) a COGEST employee, is responsible for the Technical Drawing Office and is a Technical Designer in the civil engineering, building, hydraulic works and transportation infrastructures sectors.

He earned his degree as a building technician and surveyor at Istituto Tecnico per Geometri L. B. Alberti of Forlì in the 1992-93 school year.

Since 1999 he has been qualified as safety coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 494/96, replaced by Legislative Decree 81/2008.

In over 25 years of professional experience he has extended his skills to building site inspector for large works, like the building of the new University Campus of Forlì and many energy optimization operations in school buildings; for the building site safety, he cooperated with the Coordinator in the implementation of the works of the 4th lot of the Forlì ring road network.

Ettore Bonaguri

Ettore Bonaguri

Ettore Bonaguri (Forlì, 1959), a COGEST employee since 2010, is Project Verification Manager, Project Manager, Quality Manager and senior design engineer in the sectors of civil engineering, building, structures and geotechnics.

He graduated in civil engineering, hydraulic section, at the University of Bologna in 1984 with a score of 98/100 and enrolled in the Register of Engineers of the Province of Forlì-Cesena in 1985 under No. 1125/A.

He previously worked as project manager and structural designer at Infrastrutture Lombarde S.p.A. and Pirelli R.E., where he was also involved in the planning and implementation of the Quality System.

At the beginning of its professional career he worked as a freelance at the management office in charge of the building of the Romagna Waterworks adduction network, then was hired by Impregilo SpA in the Libya branch construction site of Sirte for building the Congress Hall, initially as responsible for structural works, then as responsible for all civil works.

In 2017 he achieved the diploma “Safety for Operations Supervisors SCC”, issued by VCA – Belgium, for the role of building site supervisor in Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg.

Through the years, in his professional career he has acquired specific skills in design, work management and testing of structures made of ordinary or pre-compressed reinforced concrete, steel, wood, as well as special foundations and strengthening of existing structures usingcarbon fibres.

While working in construction sites in many countries, including Libya, United Kingdom, Qatar, Morocco and Iraq, he acquired knowledge about the international technical norms, including:
